Web Development & Design Policy
Before working with us, we give our clients access to a demo website so they can see the caliber of our work. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have before paying for our services.
Refund Eligibility
Every project is significant to Elite Infotech, and we approach each one professionally and with great care. At any given time, we strive to deliver the required project to our clients. However, if a client changes their mind about the project or is dissatisfied and wants a refund, they should see if they qualify for our refund policy, which is detailed below:
Advance Payment Policy
Once you feel comfortable using our services, you must pay 50% in advance for any services we offer and 100% of the total cost of a project. Our client has 15 days to cancel the project if they so wish, but they will not receive their advance money back.
Refund Policies for Different Services
- E-commerce Services: You can request a refund within 15 days of service initiation. After this period, no refunds will be processed.
- Web Development & Digital Marketing Services: You can request a refund within 7 days of service initiation. After this period, no refunds will be processed.

Elite Infotech has the right to make changes to this policy at any time and without warning. We ask that you periodically review this policy. In the event that our policy changes, both current and potential clients will accept the updated terms.
